We ship items across the UK.
- Dispatch time: 1–3 working days
- Delivery: Tracked delivery (where available)
- Delivery cost: Shown at checkout
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking details.
Pre-Loved Items (Important)
All items on this website are pre-loved dancewear and shoes previously worn by our child. This is a private sale, and items are sold individually (not mass stock).
Each listing includes:
- real photos of the exact item
- measurements (where possible)
- condition description
Please check photos and details carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
As this is a private sale of second-hand items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind (for example: sizing, colour, “not suitable”, or ordered by mistake).
We will only resolve issues if:
- you received the wrong item,
- or the item is significantly different from the description
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the item and issue
We will reply within 1–2 working days.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected.
